Rong Tian(135ml) Sesame Duan Ni Yixing Teapot

The Rong Tian style draws inspiration from the Laughing Buddha, symbolizing a generous capacity to embrace the world. As a plain teapot with no decoration, it lets the natural speckled beauty of the sesame green clay stand out—ideal for everyday use and appreciating lighter teas.

Half handmade from Sesame Duan Ni (芝麻段泥), a Duan Ni variant with fine dark speckles on a pale green-beige base. After firing, it shows a soft matte finish with natural grainy texture and high porosity. The clay softens bitterness gently, brings out clean sweetness and subtle floral notes, and seasons quickly. It works well with light oolongs, young sheng pu-erh, white tea and green tea.
