This early spring green tea was harvested on March 21, 2025, from high-mountain gardens in Yinxing Village, Yibin at 1050 meters elevation. Carefully hand-picked at the tender stage of one bud with one leaf, this tea is crafted from the Xiao Fuding cultivar using traditional pan-firing techniques.
