Made from mature late-spring leaves of Yunnan large-leaf tea trees, harvested in the Mangshi Zhongshan tea area and fermented anaerobically for three months.
Shaped into compact dragonballs for convenience, it has a pronounced fruity acidity, fine texture, and good aftertaste.
The shorter fermentation time yields a brighter, more fruit-forward profile while retaining the smoothness of De’ang sour tea.
