Made from mature late-spring leaves of Yunnan large-leaf tea trees, harvested in the Mangshi Zhongshan tea area and fermented anaerobically for nine months.
This bar-shaped style retains the tangy aroma typical of De’ang sour tea, with a honeyed fragrance noticeable in the cup.
The liquor is smooth and refreshing, with pronounced acidity and a lasting sweet aftertaste. The fermentation process follows the De’ang traditional technique recognized as a national intangible cultural heritage.
