This exquisite osmanthus-scented aged white tea is crafted from an EU-certified organic 2013 Gong Mei that was originally exported to Canada. It underwent a traditional scenting process six times using fresh osmanthus flowers, allowing the tea leaves to fully absorb and integrate the delicate floral fragrance. After nine years of careful aging, the osmanthus aroma has deeply infused into the tea leaves, mellowing into a beautifully balanced, naturally sweet, and complex brew.
Hailing from the renowned Mount Taimu, this tea originates from the very heart of Fuding white tea production. Mount Taimu is home to the famous Fuding Da Bai cultivar, with its mother tree, Lv Xue Ya, standing proudly at the mountain's peak. Surrounded by the sea on three sides, Taimu's misty peaks and mineral-rich soil create an ideal microclimate for growing premium white tea. The mountain's breathtaking natural scenery has earned it the title "Immortal Mountain on the Sea."
Aged white tea naturally develops richer, deeper flavors over time, and the addition of osmanthus enhances its honeyed sweetness and floral complexity. The tea steeps into a golden infusion with soft, lingering notes of osmanthus and warm honey.
